How to Use This Website

Welcome to the 2019 Paschal-Bentley Family Reunion Website.  This site will provide you with information about the upcoming reunion and facilitate your registration.  This year you will be able to prepay for virtually all aspects of the reunion.  This will result in very little out of pocket expense during the reunion weekend. 

 

The related costs include the following:

• Reunion registration fee (that include Friday and Saturday evening meals, Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast;         admission fees to the Civil Rights Institute and the 16th Street Baptist Church)

• Hotel for two nights (there is a two-night minimum. Up to four people can share a room)

•  Chartered bus transportation from the Augusta area. There is not a prorated cost based on age.   (The bus is optional)

• Reunion shirt (The 2019 shirt will be a polo, as the shirt for 2018. The 2019 shirt will have a new logo.  If you choose not to buy a 2019 shirt and have a 2018 shirt, please wear it).

 

AFTER SELECTING THE REGISTRATION LEVEL(S), THE HOTEL, TRANSPORTATION, AND SHIRT;  CLICK CHECKOUT ON THE NEXT PAGE.  YOU WILL BE ABLE TO INDICATE SHIRT SIZE ON THAT PAGE BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT. 

 

You do not have to pay for all items at the same time. Just select your current choices and then log in at a later date to pay for additional items. For example, you can secure your seat on the bus and then pay your registration fees later, and even later, pay for your hotel, etc.

 

Secure online payments will be made through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account. You can pay by credit card or debit card that is linked to your checking or savings account. You can select "Manual" on the payment page and mail in a check if that is your preferred method of payment.  All purchases must be made no later than July 5, 2019. The site will NOT take any payments after that date.
